Quick Support


Please follow the steps below to start the remote connection:
JMSC POS Quick Support

  1. Please click on the blue square “JMSC Quick Support” banner to the left and continue to step #2
  2. If prompted, select the RUN or OPEN button. This will allow our application to open.
  3. A new window will open displaying your Session Code. Please give the displayed Code to the assisting support representative if required.
  4. From this point, Merchant Partners will initiate the remote connection. At any time you can close the Merchant Partners Quick Support application to stop the remote connection.

Our Support team will access your computer Remotely through this support application.


Online Meeting

Please follow the steps below to start the online meeting:

JMSC Online Meeting

  1. Please click on the blue banner “JMSC Online Meeting” to the left and continue to step #2
  2. If prompted, select the RUN or OPEN button. This will allow our application to open.
  3. A new window will open displaying your Meeting ID. Click Join button to continue with meeting.
